Advanced Drainage Systems Adds Frederick Precast
Advanced Drainage Systems Inc., Hilliard, OH, recently acquired the assets of Frederick Precast Concrete Inc., Greencastle, PA, a manufacturer of box culverts, riser structures and precast drop manholes for storm drain and sanitary sewer lines, plus precast endwalls.
ADS purchased the Foltz Concrete Pipe Company of Winston-Salem, NC in April and Piedmont Concrete of Pineville, NC in May. And now offers a complete line of sanitary, storm and water structures to the mid-Atlantic United States.

Randy Dickens is sales manager, Midwest region, for the direct sales channel of Federal Signal’s Environmental Solutions Group. Operating out of Seneca, IL, Dickens manages new unit sales for the Guzzler, Vactor HXX and Jetstream brands in the industrial, utility and construction market segments in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin.
