Advanced Drainage Systems Adds Frederick Precast
Advanced Drainage Systems Inc., Hilliard, OH, recently acquired the assets of Frederick Precast Concrete Inc., Greencastle, PA, a manufacturer of box culverts, riser structures, and precast drop manholes for storm drain and sanitary sewer lines, plus precast endwalls.
ADS purchased the Foltz Concrete Pipe Company of Winston-Salem, NC, in April and Piedmont Concrete of Pineville, NC, in May and now offers a complete line of sanitary, storm, and water structures to the mid-Atlantic United States.
