Kraig used the tools he teaches to turn around Snapper, the number one brand of lawnmowers sold through servicing dealers in America, from a loss of $54 million to a profit of $13 million in one year. In addition he used the same tools to grow Graphic Arts Center, a major printer, from $60 million to $120 million in sales in four years. And his strategy and tools enabled a small company to grow from $1.1 million to $2.4 million in a single year. Kraig is presenting a 3-hour workshop W-10, The Profitmaker's Toolchest, at NPE.
