Loadrite X-Weigh 2350

The LOADRITE X-Weigh 2350 onboard weighing system for excavators ensures all trucks are loaded to their full legal capacity.

  • Uses Multi-Dimensional Compensation weighing technology
  • Accurate to within +/- 3%
  • Multiple sensors track angle and position of the boom and stick, as well as changes to hydraulic pressure
  • Two tilt sensors enable weight calculations to remain accurate even on sloping or uneven ground
  • Alarm alerts operator once the load reaches the trucks legal limit

The LOADRITE X-Weigh 2350 features Multi-Dimensional Compensation weighing technology that is accurate to +/- 3% and enables weighing of materials while the excavator is in operation. The angle and position of the boom and stick, as well as changes to hydraulic pressure, are monitored by sensors mounted on the pivot points of the arm. Readings are transferred to an onboard software package, and the weight of each bucket is displayed via the easy-to-use graphic interface. As sequential readings are added up in the system, an alarm alerts the operator once the load has reached the trucks legal limit.

Model 240B SRA Combo Drill System

The Model 240B SRA combo drill system combines the standard features of the Model 210B SRA with the capability of converting to a pneumatic core drill with a few simple tools on the jobsite.

  • Totally pneumatic core drill utilizes a three-speed motor and requires a minimum of 77 cfm, while the rock drill configuration requires 100 cfm
  • Can core and drill holes from 5/8 to 2.5 in. in diameter and drill up to 18 in. deep
  • Compact frame design allows operation in a 4-ft. patch while drilling to within 6 in. of a corner, and is adjustable to drill into the center of a concrete slab from 6 to 24 in. thick

The Model 240B SRA "combo" drill system combines the standard features of the Model 210B SRA with the capability of converting to a pneumatic core drill with just a few simple tools while on the jobsite. The totally pneumatic core drill utilizes a three-speed motor and requires a minimum of 77 cfm for operation; the standard rock drill configuration requires 100 cfm. The unit can core and drill holes from 5/8 to 2 1/2 in. in diameter and drill up to 18 in. deep. Its compact frame design allows it to operate in a 4-ft. patch, while drilling to within 6 in. of a corner. It is also adjustable to drill into the center of a concrete slab from 6 to 24 in. thick.

RG 1645 Stump Cutter

The RG 1645 self-propelled stump cutter combines a 44-hp Kubota turbo-diesel engine, four-wheel-drive and a 59-in. cutting width into a compact machine that can fit through a 36-in. gate. Its low center of gravity and unique pivot design keep the engines weight low to the frame for added stability, delivering more horsepower to the stump. Fold-down chip retainers maximize chip capacity and minimize cleanup time. The unit incorporates joystick controls, a hydraulic backfill blade, Command Cut and two-speed ground travel.

Screening Buckets

Screening buckets are available for mini-excavators and small skid steers up to large excavators and wheel loaders. Effective even with difficult and wet materials, the units offer volumes ranging from .15 to 4 cu. yds. and weights between 300 and 5,300 lbs. The screen separates fine and coarse material, without crushing larger particles, at capacities up to 300 cu. yds. per hour. Rotating discs/blades and cleaning scrapers also allow use for waste handling.

Site Spreader

This second-generation, dual auger cement spreader is capable of dustless loading and spreading. Spreading rates are double the previous design, exceeding 90 lbs. per sq. yd. at 2 mph. A power matching pump delivers improved efficiency, while the power shifting drive system ensures the product wont bind in the hopper. The CAN-based control package provides a choice of speed matching discharge or manual spreading. A patent-pending slide gate seals the hopper as it is pneumatically filled. The double-reverse expanded flow air circulation system drops most of the dust before it exists the hopper via a pulse jet baghouse.

V-Series Compact Wheel Loaders

The 6,750-lb. V3-6 and 7,651-lb. V4-6 loaders deliver lift capacities of 5,760 and 7,451 lbs. Their quiet, fuel-efficient Yanmar three-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engines generate 30.3 and 40.4 hp, enabling maximum travel speeds up to 11.8 mph. A fully automatic drive mode provides smooth acceleration and gear changes with no operator input. A fixed speed mode keeps the units in low gear regardless of the position of the accelerator pedal. Rear-axle oscillation reduces operator fatigue and ensures operator control of the equipment when working on irregular surfaces. Single-lever bucket operation and a column-shifted lever with safety lock for forward and reverse movement facilitate ease of use. An optional mechanical quick-coupler fits most skid-steer attachments.
