KPI-JCI introduces baghouse system for Fast Trax units
KPI-JCI offers a new product enhancement for?its FAST TRAX track-mounted material processing equipment. The patent-pending baghouse filtering system significantly improves the level of engine protection by filtering intake air prior to being introduced to the conventional air cleaner. The system is self-cleaning by employing compressed air to pulsate and purge the bags of contaminants.
This system negates the requirements for operators to check and clean conventional air filters on a daily basis, which reduces the potential for failures related to improper reinstallation. With this new baghouse system, conventional air cleaners only need to be cleaned or replaced at regular oil change intervals, reducing maintenance costs.
