Auto Vibe Monitor

The Auto Vibe III system is now available with the Auto Vibe Monitor, featuring a user-friendly graphic interface that provides control of paving vibrators with the touch of a button.

  • Monitor allows flexible configurations for a simple readout and easy adjustments
  • System increases or decreases hydraulic flow to keep vibrators at a desired setting
  • Adjusts vibrations per minute automatically for changes in paving conditions
  • Records and stores data

With a user-friendly graphic interface, the Auto Vibe Monitor allows flexible configurations for a simple readout and easy adjustments by the operator. Once set by the operator, it will increase or decrease the hydraulic flow to keep vibrators at a desired setting. The Auto Vibe III system will adjust vibrations per minute automatically for changes in paving conditions, such as slump, oil temperature, mix consistency and paver ground speed. The system also records and stores data for your records.

Commander III with IDBI Attachment

The Commander III four-track concrete slipform paver now offers the new IDBI attachment for dowel bar insertion. The attachment is an independent unit providing dowel bar insertion behind a paver. It enables the paver to insert transverse joint dowel bars in pavements up to 16 ft. wide. It is powered by its own Caterpillar C4.4 Tier III diesel engine rated at 91 hp at 2,300 rpm. Once the attachment is bolted to the framework, the only connection is the CAN cable for machine automation. The G+ control system features the same graphical display as the G22 controller, with easy to learn and easy to understand controls. Adjustable-height bar extractors allow for quick, easy setup change for different bar sizes for insertion requirements. The outriggers on the attachment have 48 in. of stroke and are also used to raise the unit so a trailer can be backed underneath for transport.

G22 Operating System

The GHP-2800 and GP-2600 slipform pavers are now available with the optional G22 operating system.

  • Graphical display provides an easy to understand interface to the pavers controls
  • Dual-language feature provides the ability to operate in English or a second language
  • Advanced system diagnostics aid in troubleshooting
  • Provides intelligent electronic-over-hydraulic control of grade and steering, including dual grade for sensoring stringline on both sides of the paver simultaneously

The GHP-2800 and GP-2600 slipform pavers are now available with the optional G22 operating system. Its dual-language feature offers the ability to operate in English or a second language, as well as the choice of metric or imperial measurements. Advanced system diagnostics automatically pinpoint and identify electrical circuit opens, shorts and fault codes to aide in troubleshooting. Because it is interfaced with the pavers "smart" cylinders, the G22 provides push-button steering setup and trainable track steering. Intelligent electronic-over-hydraulic control of grade and steering includes dual grade for sensoring stringline on both sides of the paver simultaneously. The G22 controls interface with stringless technology/3-dD control systems.

PC400 and PC600

The PC400 and PC600 slipform pavers are designed to pour within 2 ft. of an object and back out over what was just poured.

  • Patented floating finisher allows pouring of material within 6 in. of a previously poured curb section that is 90° to the current pour
  • Will pour over rebar, perform trench pours and below-grade pours and are tolerant of most mixes
  • Unilateral lifting of the mold and hopper controls the height of the curb
  • Rotary actuators for front steering provide 180° of movement
