SealMaster/Allentown expands distribution

SealMaster's Allentown, PA, franchise has expanded its distribution with the purchase of the distribution portion of C.S.C., New Britain, PA.

Darrel Stein, owner of SealMaster/Allentown and SealMaster/New Jersey, said the acquisition "further enhances SealMaster's ability to service the market." SealMaster also has company owned stores in Allentown, Harrisburg, PA, and Manville, NJ. Stein says a distributor network covers the rest of the tri-state area.

Carl Bodden, founder and owner of C.S.C., will now focus his company's efforts exclusively on contracting.

Industry Appointments

At Federal Signal Environmental Products Group, Chip Avery is group vice president of finance; Scott McArthur is service manager, Elgin Sweeper Co.; and Edward Beauregard is northeast regional sales manager for Elgin and Vactor.

At Shindaiwa, Rod Harms is product development manager, and John Foster is global project manager....John Lembezeder is engineering operations manager, Mi-T-M Corp.

Multiquip adds Texas distribution branch

Multiquip recently opened a new Fort Wayne, TX, distribution center, bringing to six the number of Multiquip and Stow Construction Equipment centers in the U.S., according to Roger Euliss, Multiquip president.

The Fort Wayne location handles compaction and power generation equipment, and several lines of Stow Construction Equipment.

Nealco acquires I-R sealcoating line

Nealco Equipment LLC has acquired the sealcoating product line of Ingersoll-Rand.

An affiliate of Shipco Pumps, Nealco is a privately held company that has begun supplying service parts and will begin production of sealcoating equipment in the next few months. Ingersoll-Rand discontinued production of the line, formerly known as Neal Mfg., in 2004.
