Michigan, Ohio and Indiana currently, but our company is mobile and diverse enough to handle projects anywhere in the US.
What manufacturers equipment do you use?
We run primarily Kelly Creswell paint application equipment. Their professional grade equipment and customer support has helped us maintain the highest level of quality and consistency in our projects.
Can you tell me about a recent job? (Who was it for? How big was it? How long did it take? Did you have to do anything different to complete it?)
Working with several construction management firms that operate on extremely tight timelines, we are often asked to complete new layout projects across the state with less than 48 hours notice, while being counted on to accurately layout and paint new parking lots in time for their scheduled openings.
How did you begin working in this industry? How did you come up with the company name?
Seeing a need in our community for parking lot striping, we set out to provide a more professional approach to the pavement marking industry. As a full time company we are available 24/7 to complete large and small projects in a timely manner with minimal to no interruption of daily business. We noticed a lack of effort to take the time to match up stencils properly and maintain clean, crisp markings which lead us to our name: Advanced Pavement Marking. We dedicated ourselves to taking the extra steps that most striping companies consider a waste of time, to ensure consistent, accurate craftsmanship at every project we complete.
How long have you had a Facebook page? What motivated you to create one?
Our Facebook page was created new for this year. We liked the idea of being able to share some of our recent projects to potential clients in an informal way. Our Facebook page allows us to showcases our company’s personality while our website is more business detailed. It is quick and easy to manage and add photos, versus constantly changing our business website.
What do you love most about your job?
Personally I enjoy the traveling to new towns that I have never been to.
