The long-suffering U.S. housing market got a small boost earlier this week: The National Association of Realtors reported Monday that sales of existing U.S. homes rose 0.4% in November to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5 million.
Economists cautioned that it's still too soon to discuss stabilization in the housing market, however.
