There are few industries experiencing as rapid a pace of change as road building and asphalt production. From pavers, operators, quality control engineers, jobsite, and production site management — every paradigm is undergoing major shifts. At the same time, large portions of the workforce are retiring along with their knowledge, skills, and experience. Many are turning to technology and various software platforms, and recently AI, to try and fill the gap.
