Weiler E1650A Remixing Transfer Vehicle

The Weiler E1650A Remixing Transfer Vehicle builds upon the success of previous Weiler MTVs with innovative new features engineered to maximize productivity while providing low operating costs.

• E1650A has a larger, 18 tons of onboard storage, enhanced elevator motors and triple-pitch remix augers to provide 600 tons per hour discharge capacity for non-stop, non-contact paving with reduced particulate and thermal segregation
• Front-mounted control station layout features increased visibility with a 10-in. color, touch screen display with integrated camera along with proportional conveyor swing joystick control. The crab and coordinated rear steer with auto-center is standard for a 17-ft. inside turning radius
• Storage hopper management system, paver hopper management system with distance to paver control and auto-center options allow the operator to focus on truck exchanges while maintaining proper material feed to the paver
• Full-width, hydraulic drop-down floors along with four clam-shell doors for ground level access to the storage hopper and remix augers provide access for cleanout and machine inspection
