The Millennial generation (also known as Generation Y) is a broad generation that typically encompasses those born in the early 1980s through the mid-1990s to early 2000s. Currently, Millennials make up the largest generation in the U.S. labor force. This generation is often referred to as lazy, entitled or in need of hand-holding. • Confident
  • Connected and Tech-Savvy
  • Open to change
