Bryce Anderson, CEO of Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, and Steve Vetter, CEO of Flint Trading Inc., have agreed to merge their two pavement marking businesses to form a new company called Ennis-Flint. Steve Vetter has been named chief executive officer and Matt Soulehas chief financial officer of the combined company. Bryce Anderson remains chairman of the board of directors. Brazos Private Equity Partners maintains significant equity ownership in the new company. The merger is expected to be complete by the second quarter of 2012. Ennis-Flint immediately will begin to integrate its operations to focus on providing the best products and customer service to the traffic safety industry. Ennis-Flint will continue to operate out of corporate offices located in Dallas, Texas and Thomasville, North Carolina.
