Evans Cooling Systems (Formerly MECA Development) has pioneered aqueous and non-aqueous (no water) cooling systems for internal combustion engines, both gasoline and diesel, for the past twenty years. Prior to developing these cooling technologies, an innovative line of oiling systems was also conceived and designed by company founder Jack Evans under the MECA Development name. Broad-reaching patents on Evans NPG cooling systems have been issued in most countries, including Japan, and are pending in others.
