- Penetrates deep into surface where it chemically bonds to the pores of the concrete and pavers
- Creates a long lasting, non-yellowing, breathable finish that enhances dull or faded surfaces by creating a wet look and low gloss finish
- Can be applied with a roller or sprayer to unsealed surfaces and surfaces previously sealed with a solvent-based acrylic
- Available in clear and several color options
- Non-slip additives available
