- Resistant to oil and gas, harsh liquids and chemicals, cleaners and detergents, and surface abrasion
- Concrete floors must be ground to a 40-80 grit prior to installing the UTN60
- Self priming
- Can be used as both the base and top coat
- Can be applied over the Armor Epoxy, so long as it is being applied within the recoat window of the epoxy
- Can be applied in clear or one of several color options
- Non slip additives and matte packs available
