The Armor SX5000 WB is a low VOC, water-based Silane Siloxane sealer that penetrates deep into surface where it chemically reacts to form a water repellent barrier within the pores.
- Approved by the Department of Transportation in several states as a water repellent sealer
- Can be applied to a variety of interior and exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, pavers, aggregate and natural stone
- Reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%
- Will not change look or color of the surface
- Will not leave behind a visible surface film
- Improves surface resistance to damage caused by water absorption such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw damage, salt damage, mold and mildew, and efflorescence
- Can be applied with a pump sprayer or roller
