Wolf Paving Expands Business Services to Offer Concrete Paving

Waukesha-based asphalt manufacturer and paving contractor, Wolf Paving, has announced the expansion of its business services to include concrete paving for municipal, commercial, and residential projects in the greater Milwaukee and Madison area.

Wolf Paving, a third-generation family owned business and leading asphalt manufacturer and contractor, announced today the expansion of its business to include concrete paving for municipal, commercial, and residential projects in the greater Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Madison communities. Since its inception in 1941, Wolf Paving has evolved over the last 77 years, to become one of the most predominant asphalt solution providers in southeastern Wisconsin. Most notably, Wolf Paving has contributed to the development of a number of significant roadway projects including Hwy 100, Hwy 59 and the Waukesha bypass.

“Customer demand has been overwhelming, and we are thrilled to now offer concrete services within the communities we serve,” says Sean Wolf, Vice President of Wolf Paving. “Just as with the work we do in asphalt manufacturing and paving, providing superior customer service will remain the foundation of every relationship we build, and project we complete.”

Wolf Paving’s concrete services will include but are not limited to:

  • Sidewalks

  • Curb & Gutter Repair

  • Driveways and approaches

  • Dumpster and dolly pads

  • Porches and stairs

  • Patios and column work

Although the initial cost is typically more than asphalt, concrete has a long lifespan of 30-40 years, can handle heavier loads and won’t create pits from static vehicles. Wolf Paving will offer over 20 different types of concrete that provide architectural, decorative and structural functions, are low maintenance, and can be colored and scored.
