SUNDEK Acquires Installation Contractor Bullion Coatings

Bullion resources will allow SUNDEK to scale quicker and branch out in the fast-growing Houston metro market

SUNDEK announces it has acquired Bullion Coatings in Houston, Texas. Bullion Coatings is one of SUNDEK’s largest installation contractors in the country. SUNDEK is looking forward to further building the installation support base and expanding its contractor network in the U.S. In addition, Bullion’s commercial relationships, align with SUNDEK’s overarching objective to continue growing its commercial opportunities.

“I’ve known Dale for over 30 years,” says Don Snider, VP of Operations for SUNDEK. “We grew up together working for Charlie Plunk (CEO of SUNDEK), then we each went on to purchase and run our own operations in Houston and Austin respectively. Dale, has one of the strongest work ethics I know and I’m proud that he will remain a part of the SUNDEK family.”

Dale and Karen are not retiring; they will continue to run their SUNDEK operation in Port Aransas, Texas. “I’ve been a part of the SUNDEK family for 32 years,” said Dale. “I’m looking forward to being closer to the water, spending more time with my family and winding down a little, but we’re definitely not going away; we love what we do. This is an extension of our family.”
