Serves as Vice President of Association Services; assisting CEO and management team in implementing strategic and operational planning processes. Oversees Association Services inclusive of associate membership, events and chapter leadership relations team. Serves as staff liaison to the Exhibitor Advisory Council.

Select responsibilities and achievements:

► Manage all aspects of The ARA Show, the largest equipment and event rental tradeshow in the U.S. The show represents approximately 50 percent of ARA’s annual revenue

► Direct team that supports all operational, marketing/strategic, and logistical aspects of events hosted by the association

► Evaluate membership benefit offerings in terms of added value and provide vision and resources that drive member satisfaction, recruitment, and retention for associate members

► Direct ARA’s Chapter Leadership Relations team in supporting programs and facilitating efforts to strengthen ARA’s relationships with state and local associations

► Direct and mentor staff in areas of goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development
