The successor to the R 944 C, the R 940 Demolition is powered by a 268-hp Liebherr engine that complies with Tier 4 Final/Stage V exhaust emissions using a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), SCR system and diesel particulate filter. It does not have an EGR valve, ensuring lower fuel consumption and higher productivity.
