Fecon’s new model 225VST Mulching Tractor will be introduced in Vermeer’s booth #K225 at The Utility Expo.
Available only through Signature Level Vermeer Dealers, this new mulching tractor features a Tier 4 Final, Stage V Cummins QSB4.5 engine that delivers 200 hp and 576 ft. lbs. of torque at 1500 rpm.
The powerful hydraulic system delivers 80 gpm @ 5000 psi to the mulcher circuit, which is ample to power the Fecon RK8620 Bull Hog mulcher.
The Fecon Power Management system manages engine and hydraulic outputs for maximum efficiencies and performance. It delivers strong cutting power in all materials when needed and provides balanced track power for pulling through tough ground and working slopes.
Even weight distribution over the length of the tracks and oscillating track design keeps track engaged on all terrains, providing consistent ground pressure in all working conditions.
A spacious operator’s cab provides wide-angle visibility to tracks and the Bull Hog mulcher. Side-door entry and 3-point egress from ROPS, OPS, FOPS cab.
A new Bull Hog body design allows improved backfeeding characteristics, and processes material faster with fewer passes. It features a broad range of motion for felling and below-grade work.
