Wagner Equipment Co. has acquired from Caterpillar Global Mining LLC the Bucyrus equipment distribution and support business for its territories. Wagner Equipment Co. is the Caterpillar Dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far West Texas. Wagner Specializes in the sales, rental and support of Cat earthmoving machines, engines and other related equipment.
The addition of the Bucyrus product line will allow Wagner Equipment to deepen existing relationships and expand product offerings to its customers.
