Barrett Reese of Arcosa Lightweight has been in lightweight business for over two decades with the majority of that specializing in highway and asphalt products, focused mainly on TXDOT highway construction and maintenance projects. Reese is a member of the TXDOT seal coat task force, AGC seal coat committee and TXAPA associate, and seal coat committees along with the Expanded Shale, Clay and Slate Institute’s (ESCSI) Asphalt Committee.
