		<description>Allen you are correct in that GPS are a great tool in identifing where a vehicle is and when it is there.  However it does not show what really happens with that vehicle while it is on a site as a sweeper truck.  It only shows that that vehicle was there and for how long.  This is just my two cents however it is a good tool to say that the equipment and driver were there not much more though.
