		<description>It seems everone with a backhoe now thinks they are a general engineering contractor. Times are defnitely tight. WHen a year ago we were seeing 4-5 bidders on a 250K project we are now seeing over 20, I would say times are lean. A lot of jobs to choose from- just everyone out there is looking for the same dime. You have got to be better then the competetition- now more then ever. And advertise- up to 10% of your budget. It will pay for itself 10X over-
