Hi, i’m fairly new to all this as i’ve just bought a house and am just now getting into remodeling and “do-it-yourself” work. i’ve gone to the home depot and have realized that Makita has come out with some prety nifty Energy Star approved tools. I thought that was really interesting. so far i dont know of any other power tool company that does that!

good thoughts… thanks for the enouragement to help us ALL to get in the green swing of things!
i’ve seen shows recently where the architects are building houses sans central heating/cooling just because of the solar heat collected and the natural stones in the framework that absorb the heat. fascinating!
