Just Finished Reading the post, As a Builder myself for over 13 years, I wanted to let you know the days in which work was handed to most of these companies on this list are over. I can Honestly say that most of the companies along the east coast are all members of our service. We have provided Project information for over 13 years, with most of the projects coming in long before prints have started. Giving the contactors enough time to Develope the relationship they need to go from being 1 of 40 on a Public job to 1 of 3 as a selected bidder. when a company does Bid Work there profit drops to about an average of 6% compared to negotiated works where profits can be the greater of 20%. Our service is the only Service NOT to offer a free trial however we do provide anyone with a quick 30 minute demostration of our Live Service. There are companies out theere that provide leads that either are submitted by members or wait until plans are finished We do not, We are the only company that employs feild reporters (typically Commercial R.E. Agents) that attend Planning and Zoning Meetings to get the info for you, after that it comes back here where every project is checked and Verified Prior to us reporting it. take a look yourself at www.constructionjournal.com or Call 800-880-2309
