JLG to Add 34-ft Boom at CONEXPO

The 9,700-lb. 340AJ has a lift height of 34 ft. and 17 ft. of up-and-over reach

McConnellsburg, Pa. — JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corp. company, will add a new model to the JLG line of boom lifts – the 340AJ. The 9,700-lb. boom has a lift height of 34 ft., 20 ft. of horizontal reach and 17 ft. of up-and-over reach.

The 340AJ meets sustainability regulations with its Tier 4 diesel engine. There is a gas/liquid propane engine option also available. Steel hoods increase durability.

The maker says lower acquisition cost, coupled with its reach and terrainability, make the 340AJ ideal for general contractors, steel erectors, painters and commercial construction workers, among many others.
