Only hotel guests with reservations booked through the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011 housing program (and identified as such) will be able to ride the complimentary show shuttles. All other groups and attendees will be denied access.
If you have reserved a room or block of rooms direct through a hotel, the show staff suggest you contact your hotel sales manager to facilitate your transportation needs.
If you would like to make or change your reservation to the official show block, please call Customer Service at (800) 424-5247 or (847) 996-5878 or email at [email protected]. You must be registered for a badge to reserve a hotel room through the official show block.

Fraudulent 3rd Party Hotel Room Solicitations
Show Management has become aware that a housing company, d/b/a HDMC, may have taken payment from CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011 attendees without confirming reservations at hotels. The Nevada Attorney General is conducting a fraud investigation of HDMC (other names this company may be using are ATS, Advanced Travel Systems or Las Vegas Event Planners). For more information on this investigation, or if you have a complaint against HDMC, contact the Nevada Attorney General’s office, (702) 486-3420. If you have made housing arrangements with HDMC or any other 3rd party housing entity, Show Management strongly urges you to immediately contact the hotel directly to confirm your reservations.

Experient is the ONLY officially endorsed housing provider for CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011. Although other companies may pose as travel providers for the 2011 Shows, they are not affiliated with CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE and are unable to provide the same benefits Experient can. Show Management cannot guarantee hotel room rates or availability through any company other than Experient. Reservations made through Experient can be confirmed by calling Customer Service at (800) 424-5247 or (847) 996-5878.
Again, rooms reserved through any other source other than the official show websites and vendor (Experient) do not include shuttle service.
