OSHA Cites IL Housing Contractor for Fall-Protection Violations

Proposes $70,000 in penalties for Urbana-based contractor


The residential construction firm T. Scott Dillman Enterprises has been cited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for failing to provide roof and scaffolding fall protection for its workers.

OSHA has proposed a $70,070 in penalties against theĀ Urbana-based company for failing to provide the safety measures in October at a Champaign job site.
