There's a lot of sentiment in our conference--clearly a majority sentiment--for continuing the payroll-tax relief," he says.
So assuming the two parties can come together and agree on a pay-for -- or even agree on not paying for it -- that's that. But what about the other big economic support passed in the 2010 tax deal? What about unemployment insurance?
