Bank foreclosure shut the doors at Stone Construction Equipment Inc. this week, but it is unclear whether the light-equipment manufacturer will remain closed. Reports from the local business-development agency in Honeoye, Stone's home town near Rochester, N.Y., say the company's business was recovering.
