Cat Sources Skid Steer, Excavator Engines from Kubota

Cat-specified and branded C3.8 engines represent Peoria's first supply agreement with Kubota

An interesting element of this year's launch of new products from Caterpillar’s Building Construction Products (BCP) division is the use of Cat-branded, Kubota-built engines in the new D-Series skid steer loaders and compact track loaders and E-Series excavators. It is the first supply agreement between Caterpillar and Kubota.

Kubota is building the C3.8 engines to Cat specifications, and the engines will be serviced, supported and warranted by Cat and its dealer network.
