A venture led by the Chicago-based developer paid $3.3 million for the buildings at 2001 S. State St. and 2000 S. Wabash Ave., property records show. The firm has a $3.8 million loan from Hinsdale Bank & Trust Co. to finance the project, said Windy City Principal Milan Rubenstein.
