Ford F-250/350, Chevy Silverado 2500/3500 and Ram 2500/3500 are essentially tied at the top of the Heavy-Duty Pickup category in Strategic Vision’s 19th annual Total Quality Index. The trucks scored 868, 867 and 866 on the Total Quality Index, which measures new vehicle owners’ overall experience and emotional connection with their vehicles.
Ford F-150, Toyota Tundra and GMC Sierra 1500 topped the Full Size Pickup category similarly with scores of 892, 891 and 890.
San Diego-based Strategic Vision’s annual Total Quality Index uses a holistic survey that encompasses positive and negative product experiences including reliability, actual problems, driving excitement and other measures that collectively are energized by the emotional response associated with the aggregate of all those experiences.
