Philadelphia Unveils New Required Construction Site Signage

Construction and demolition site signs required in wake of 2013's building collapse that killed six people

Construction and demolition sites in Philadelphia are now required to display signs spelling out the details of the work and what passersby should do if they spot problems. The new rule was brought about after last year's building collapse that killed six people.

According to CBS Philly, construction and demolition sites taller than three stories require the sign be 4 feet by 6 feet. Smaller signs are required for sites with buildings of three or fewer stories.
