After the November elections, the Senate now looks to have enough votes for the proposed Keystone Pipeline, according to the Huffington Post. With at least 61 likely votes in favor of the pipeline's approval, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) looks to have an opportunity to force a vote on the proposal, which has been held up for years. According to Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, the Keystone approval bill will be the second item on the Republican agenda.
