Miami Worldcenter, a collaboration between Miami Worldcenter Associates and a team of development, design and engineering firms, is a 10-block mega mixed-use project and one of the largest private real estate developments currently underway in the U.S - over 27 acres in downtown Miami.

The developers have outlined an initial construction timeline for the first phase, which will include residential towers, retail spaces, an expo center and a hotel. The first residential tower is scheduled to break groun in the second quarter of 2015.

Phase one is expected to cost $2 billion. The site work is expected to start in the first quarter of 2015 followed by vertical construction beginning in mid-2015.
