Boston's Third Tallest Building Breaks Ground

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will be the tallest skyscraper built in the New England region since the 1970s

The Four Seasons Hotel & Four Seasons Private Residences at One Dalton Street in Boston recently broke ground. The Triangular tower will be 61 stories and 699 feet tall, it will be the third tallest skyscraper in Boston and the tallest building constructed in New England since the early 1970s.

Suffolk Construction Company is the general contractor for the $750 million project which was developed by Carpenter & Company, Henry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed and Gary Johnson of Cambridge 7 Associates.

Construction of the tower is expected to take two and a half years.
