New Manufacturing Process Makes Steel 10 Times Stronger

Nano-manufacturing process can increase the strength of metals and make them more resistant to corrosion

MIT Technology Review

A new manufacturing process called nano-manufacturing can increase the strength of metals by as much as 10 times as well as make them more resistant to corrosion. The modified metals are still in the field testing process, but if they pass the process could be used to make bridges and other infrastructure last longer.
