Worker error may be to blame after a crane tips over while lifting scaffolding.

A crane lifting scaffolding for the Ruskin Hall renovation wobbled then feel onto the roof of nearby Langley Hall Friday July 3. No one was injured and damage was minimal.

Franco Associates, the construction firm that owns the crane, says the accident was likely due to worker error and plans to interview the crane operator, who will also undergo a drug test. Neither Franco Associates or the Occupational Health and Safety Administration would say if improper use of outriggers contributed to the accident.
