A new dual-branded lodging destination, The Dalmar and Element Hotel, is set to rise in downtown Fort Lauderdale, now that Tutor Perini Building Corp. has secured the requisite Notice to Proceed for the project. Tutor Perini landed the contract to build the property, under development by Wurzak Hotel Group, seven months ago and will now commence construction.

The 24-story tower that will house The Dalmar and Element, formerly known as the Tribute/Element Hotel, will stand at 299 N. Federal Highway in the Flagler Village area of Fort Lauderdale. In addition to Dalmar’s 209 guestrooms and Element’s 114 keys, the 400,000-square-foot property will offer premier ground-level retail space, meeting space and an amenity deck with a host of coveted offerings.
