Nichiha has been producing fiber cement products for more than 30 years. The Nichiha Fiber Cement panels offer design choices for commercial and residential properties. Nichiha panels are resistant to rot, fungus, termites, withstand extreme weather conditions, and will not crack, rot or delaminate.

A unique element of the Nichiha fiber cement panel line is the clip installation system. The patented Nichiha clip system saves labor time and costs, as no special tools or specific labor are needed to complete the installation. This system creates a pocket of air between the panels and the substrate, thereby reducing moisture build-up and enhancing substrate integrity. All Nichiha panels (except the Sierra Premium collection, which is blind-nailed) are ship lapped on four sides so no sealant or caulk is necessary. No exposed fasteners mean a clean, beautiful look for any application.

Hallmark will offer Nichiha Fiber Cement products in seven midwestern states including: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Nichiha panels offer design flexibility for building exteriors and signature interior spaces. Available styles include: three brick styles (Vintage Brick, Newport Brick, and Canyon Brick); six stone styles (Field Stone, Quarry Stone, Cinderstone, Sandstone, Sandstone II and Architectural Block). Additionally, Nichiha has a Sierra Premium offering including a shake and smooth siding panel. All panels are completely compatible with vinyl, wood, metal and cellular PVC trim accessories.
