C&W Manufacturing Continues to Go Modular in 2008

MCP12500

C&W Manufacturing

Benefits:

  • Cost savings to customer, unit is less expensive
  • Reduced maintenance costs - newly redesigned, high efficiency, 54" cartridges with 88 pleats (vs 75 in other comparable models)
  • Ultimate in customization - you can create any desired CFM at any desired Air-to-Cloth ratio
  • Space saving footprint w/ lower profile
  • All maintenance/service points at ground level except for filter media & solenoids. Fan and motor are ground accessible as well.
  • Ships pre-assembled - (fan and all electrical components mounted & factory tested)
  • No confined space entry
  • Offers combinations of 5000 & 7500 CFM modules that when combined create multiple CFM's up to 20,000. Also have the ability to customize the Modules to create any desired CFM at any desired Air-to-Cloth ratio. (this can only be done at the factory, not in the field)
  • No work decks required
  • Tool-less cartridge exchange with no restrictions (blow pipes attached to lid)
  • Easy-open top entry door with Air Shocks and Safety Cut-off
  • Control Panel is UL approved
  • Air tank & solenoids are enclosed inside the unit - no moisture build-up
  • Potential freight savings with small, more compact units, ex: 7500CFM units can ship on half of a 48' standard truck. No permits required.

C&W began engineering the Modular Collector after strides in Lean Manufacturing, and wanting to develop a smarter way to manufacture dust control products. Building a Modular dust collector streamlines production as all modular compartments are standardized.
