HOLLISTON, MA - Albert T. Brennan, who purchased the Evans Supply Company in Winchester, MA, in 1975, later renamed the firm ESCO Tools, and built it into one of the world's leading welding end prep tool manufacturer for the power generation industry, passed away at the age of 87 after a brief illness.

Mr. Brennan's approach to growing ESCO Tools was simple: listen to what the customers' problems are and if there are enough similar problems out there, develop products to solve them.

The manufacturer of boiler maintenance tools, ESCO Tool supplies the power, pipeline, pulp and paper, and metalworking industries worldwide.  Its tools include a full line of portable MILLHOG brand welding end prep tools, PANELHOG  air-powered saws, mounting accessories, and high speed hand-held bevellers.

ESCO Tool recently acquired and relocated to 60,000 sq. ft. plant in Holliston, MA in response to growing global demand for its tools.
