Strong time management skills can positively affect all employees and your company's bottom line. Factors such as accelerating change, information overload and the need to balance personal and working habits have put the squeeze on people to get much more from their working day. Techniques for setting personal goals, objectives, and priorities, finding out where your time goes, dealing with your "time demons," delegating, and making time to play are covered in this session. Participants will be eligible to earn 0.4 IACET CEUs for successfully completion of this program.
The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102. In obtaining this approval, AGC has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, AGC is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.
