Burnsville, MN - MASCON, Boston's only construction equipment/product event, is returning to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center this January 22 and 23. MASCON has continuously proven to be a reliable purchasing and educational tool for owners/presidents, final decision makers and a combination of professionals who serve both the residential and commercial construction and landscape markets. For 2009, Show Management is pleased to announce the addition of the Truck Expo. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association (the MMTA), the co-located Truck Expo will offer fleet owners / operators, independent truckers and construction professionals with an opportunity to evaluate the latest options in new truck technology.
"Whether it's a dump truck, a flat bed, a trailer or an accessory, it's likely to be found at any construction jobsite - which is why we've added the all new Truck Expo to Boston's biggest construction expo," explains Jill Ryan, Senior Group Show Director at Cygnus Expositions.
Consistently attracting in excess of 4,000 attendees, MASCON is the most efficient and cost effective way for area construction professionals to do business. By leveraging the natural link between the trucking and construction industries, the co-location will allow both buyers and sellers alike to benefit. Sellers will see an expanded audience demographic, buyers will have access to a variety of business tools and everyone will experience the advantage of connecting on a local level without the expense and inconvenience of travel to a national event.
The Truck Expo will be heavily promoted by both MASCON and the MMTA as well as supported by the area's leading truck companies - making it the only event in the Northeast able meet the demands of Boston's dynamic trucking industry. "We see our partnership with the MMTA as a strategic way of continuing our successful history of connecting buyers and sellers of construction equipment. We're incredibly excited to have a partner of the MMTA's caliber and thrilled to be able to offer this additional component to the Boston marketplace," adds Ryan.
MASCON is scheduled for January 22 & 23, 2009 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. For details on MASCON, visit www.conexshows.com or call Pat at 800.827.8009.
