Cleform's new Melter/Applicator (part number 704987) crack filling machine is the fastest and most efficient method for the application of hot applied crack sealants. The melter/applicator will also apply materials from stationary kettles or any large melter. It can be used without heat for cold pour materials. Up to 600 lbs. of sealant can be applied per day by one man with the new melter/applicator.

The Melter is mounted on steel wheels and is equipped with spring loaded, hand controlled release valve and Steel screed for striking off the sealant in uniform width. Comes with burner assembly, hose, regulator and temperature gauge. Platform for propane bottles (propane bottles not included). Various screed widths are available. The unit is easy to maneuver for following cracks. No heavy dragging like other wheeled applicators! Many times faster than handheld pour pots.

Cleform's Banding Machine (part number 704986) dispenses a uniform 3-in. banded finish (up to 1/8-in. thick) over cracks providing a band aid effect, adhering to the surface as well as filling the crack. Banding Machines are also one of the fastest handheld, non powered machines made.
