After a release to the Construction industry market at CONEXPO this March, Allight delivers the NIGHTSHIFTER series of mobile lighting solutions to the mining industry at the upcoming MINExpo in Las Vegas. Australian engineered to provide a crossover between mining and civil applications, the new concept in mobile lighting solutions incorporates Manual 4000W and Hydraulic 6000W models with ease of use, transport and maintenance in the mining industry.
Featuring Mine Spec Chassis and high wall capabilities for the mining industry, the durable all-rounders are built tough enough to take on related challenges of distance, climate and terrain; while the smaller size and compact 'Space Saver' mast design make the models well suited to construction and rental industries. The smaller footprint also reduces transport costs across long distances - up to eight NH6000 towers and ten NM4000s can be transported on a single 40' flatbed truck, and sixteen NM4000s can be shipped via cargo container. Additionally, the NIGHTSHIFTER series of towers can be licensed for road travel and easily towed, equipping the units for urban use and easy transport between mine sites. Sound attenuation is available for applications in populated areas and the noise sensitive events sector.
The NIGHTSHIFTER4000 provides an entry level range of mobile lighting towers with manual operation features that are unique in the industry. For more advanced applications, the NIGHTSHIFTER6000 is available, further automating control with hydraulic operational features. With vibration-resistant double-ended metal halide lamps ideal for operation in mobile equipment, the NIGHTSHIFTER lighting towers provide optimum light output to a range of mines sites and night construction sites and allow for hassle-free and cost-effective transport between sites. With 350 degree mast rotation whilst the mast is fully extended and additional 120 degree two-way light tilt and mast raise via integrated control panel, the lighting output can be easily directed to the exact location required.
